John Rocha has a diverse background in engineering and operations, with military experience as a Nuclear Power Operator and Supervisor in the US Navy from September 2013 to October 2019. John performed high-level maintenance and troubleshooting on major equipment, managing plant operations and recommending system upgrades. Following military service, John established and managed a talent acquisition station, enhancing recruitment programs and marketing efforts. Currently serving as a Critical Facilities Engineer and Team Lead at Meta since July 2022, John oversees critical systems related to electrical distribution, mechanical cooling, controls, and fire protection.
