Johnnie Chan

Johnnie Chan is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in security and privacy, particularly in the AI domain. Beginning a career at Columbia University in the City of New York as a postdoctoral research scientist, Johnnie focused on high-level synthesis flows for hardware accelerators. Following this role, significant contributions were made at Bloomberg LP as a member of the BVAL Service team, where Johnnie managed the job scheduling system for algorithm-generated pricing of fixed-income securities. At Google, Johnnie served as a tech lead on various security and privacy initiatives across both infrastructure and consumer products. Currently, Johnnie is employed at Meta, specializing in security and privacy for AI applications.
