Jonathan Mark Nelson

Jonathan Mark Nelson, FMP, currently serves as a Critical Operations Manager at Meta since April 2023, previously holding the position of Critical Facility Manager at the same company from January 2019 to April 2023. Nelson has extensive experience in the electrical field, having worked as an electrician and journeyman electrician at various companies, including Beirmann Electric and The Baker Group. Earlier in his career, Nelson gained valuable skills as an F-16 Crew Chief with the Iowa ANG 132nd Fighter Wing, where responsibilities included various maintenance tasks on aircraft. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from DMACC, and several professional certificates and licenses in facility and electrical management.
