Jordan Fix

Jordan Fix is a seasoned research scientist currently at Meta, focusing on the PyTorch machine learning compiler and runtime stacks for hardware accelerators. Previously, Jordan held roles as a graduate research assistant at Princeton University, where responsibilities included designing hardware multi-threaded transactional memory systems and integrating new instruction set architectures into the GNU compiler toolchain. Earlier experience includes internships at Facebook, developing tools for binary analysis and modification, and Intel Labs, where work centered on dynamic programming language execution speed. Jordan began an academic journey at the University of Virginia, culminating in a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Princeton University.
