Joseph Williams has extensive experience in engineering and facilities management, currently serving as a Facilities Engineer at Meta since December 2025. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Commissioning Engineer and later as a Commissioning Specialist at DLB Associates from April 2022 to April 2025. Joseph also held the position of Chief Engineer at JLL-Prudential MN Data Center between April 2011 and April 2022. Earlier in the career, Joseph gained valuable skills as a Machinist Mate in the United States Navy from December 1998 to July 2009. Educationally, Joseph earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Metropolitan State University, attended Naval Nuclear Power School for Nuclear Power Plant Operations, and received an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
