Joy Mbonu has a diverse background in performance marketing and social media advertising, with experience spanning several prominent companies. From November 2014 to December 2015, Joy worked at OMD Germany as a Junior Performance Marketing Manager and Executive Activation Digital. A tenure at Havas followed, where Joy served as a Senior Social Media Advertising Manager from November 2016 to August 2017. Joy briefly joined IPG Mediabrands in 2019 as Team Lead Social Media Advertising and Senior Social Media Advertising Manager. In a pivotal role at Meta from January 2021 to December 2021, Joy acted as Black@ Meta DACH Lead and held various positions in Client Solutions within the Automotive, Mobility, and Financial Services sectors.
