Julia Kulakovska is a seasoned public policy professional with extensive experience in international cooperation and EU affairs. Julia has served as a Policy Officer for Ukraine and the Eastern Partnership at the European Committee of the Regions from 2022 to 2024 and currently holds the position of Public Policy Associate Manager for EU Affairs at Meta beginning August 2025. Prior roles include working as an International Cooperation Officer at the Government of Ukraine from 2003 to 2008, serving as the First Secretary at the Mission of Ukraine to NATO at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2008 to 2012, and advising as a Coordination Expert for the EU Advisory Mission Ukraine from 2016 to 2022.
