Julia Nikon has extensive experience in quality assurance and project management within major technology companies. As a QA Test Engineer Lead at FUJISOFT America, Inc., Julia oversaw a QA team delivering high-quality software for Kyocera mobile devices. At Google, Julia served as a Triage Project Manager, optimizing triage processes and leading a team of QA analysts, resulting in significant efficiency improvements and successful project launches. In a current role as QA Lead & Program Manager at Meta, Julia manages large-scale privacy projects and enhances team performance, achieving substantial cost savings and increased project output. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Belarusian National Technical University and has undertaken further studies in Computer Science at Stanford Continuing Studies.
