Juno Nam is currently pursuing a PhD in Computational Materials Science and Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Seoul National University. Juno has held roles such as Research Scientist at Galux, where responsibilities included developing deep learning methods for protein-based therapeutics and leading collaborations for antibody design. Additionally, experience as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Gómez-Bombarelli Group at MIT involves developing machine learning techniques for materials dynamics and maintaining software systems for high-performance computing. Previous experience includes a Research Scientist Internship at Meta's FAIR Chemistry team and service in the 2nd Infantry Division in Korea, where an honorably discharged rank of Sergeant was obtained while managing significant military supply assets.
