Junyi Ao

Junyi Ao has a strong background in research and data science, with experience as a Research Intern at ByteDance from June 2022 to December 2022, followed by a current position as a Research Scientist Intern at Meta's Superintelligence Lab, focusing on Full-Duplex models and Speech Large Language Models since May 2025. Previous internships include roles at Microsoft Research Asia from June 2021 to April 2022 and at Tencent in the summer of 2019 as a Machine Learning Intern.
