Justin Melbourne has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, with a career that spans various industries and roles. Beginning as a People Specialist at Coles, Justin managed recruitment processes for over 300 team members and supported department managers in performance feedback. Subsequently, participation in the Coles Graduate program provided insights into recruitment and HR advisory roles. Later positions included Talent Acquisition Consultant & Recruiter at Phenom Labs, responsible for advising startups on hiring best practices and mentoring candidates. With a strong technical background as a Network Administrator & Software Engineer at ITRevolution, and roles as a Senior Technical Recruiter across several prominent companies, including Google and Meta, Justin demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates, building teams, and improving hiring processes.
