Kai Lu

Kai Lu is a Data Scientist at Meta, specializing in Reels Creation within the Feed & Stories Team since June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities spanned from 2018 to 2021, including roles as Head TA for CIS 105: Computational Data Exploration and Grader for STAT 405/705: Statistical Computing in R. Additionally, Kai Lu completed internships at Facebook as a Data Science Analytics Intern focused on Click-to-Messaging Monetization and at Shopify as a Data Scientist Intern for the Store Insights Data Team. Kai Lu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics with a Minor in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from St. George's School with a high school diploma in 2017.
