Kaitlin McCulley is an accomplished multimedia journalist and media entrepreneur with extensive experience in news reporting and management. Beginning as a news intern at MSNBC and ABC 7 WWSB-TV, Kaitlin became the first female multimedia journalist at ABC News, delivering impactful reports during significant events such as the Pulse Nightclub shooting and Hurricane Harvey. At 7 NEWS, Kaitlin advanced from lead reporter to weekday morning anchor, receiving an Emmy Award nomination for live coverage of a major news event. As the founder and CEO of Outlet, Kaitlin developed an innovative media start-up focused on democratizing access to video news and successfully secured $300K in funding. Currently, Kaitlin serves as a Program Manager for News Integrity Partnerships at Meta, leveraging a strong background in journalism to influence media integrity and partnerships.
