Kaitlin McVey is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in global HR leadership across multiple organizations, including the U.S. Department of State, Amazon, and Meta. Kaitlin's roles have included Human Resources Director and Senior Director at Meta, where strategic HR support was provided for Reality Labs' various divisions, including Devices and Robotics. At Amazon, Kaitlin served as a Senior HR Business Partner for several key areas, managing talent and leadership development across multiple global teams.
