Karen E. Baker has extensive experience in community strategy, design, and research across various organizations. Beginning as an Ethnographer in independent work from 2008 to 2012, Karen then held positions including Community Manager at Codecademy and Program Development Manager at The Feast. From 2015 to 2017, Karen excelled as Senior Manager of Community Strategy & Design at 100Kin10. Karen contributed at Meta as both a Senior Research Program Manager and Research Program Manager in the Community division, before transitioning to a role focused on Policy. Karen's educational background includes a B.A. in Rhetoric with a minor in Chinese Literature and Language from the University of California, Berkeley, and completion of the altMBA program focusing on Change, Leadership, and Marketing.
