Karson Shadley

Karson Shadley is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in industrial and product design. Currently serving as a Senior Industrial Designer at Meta since September 2021, Karson previously held the role of Product Design Manager at Above.se from December 2018 to August 2021. Prior to that, Karson was Creative Director and Lead Designer at Astro Studios from July 2012 to November 2018. Additionally, Karson contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at California College of the Arts from September 2007 to May 2018 and founded Shape Field Office as Principal Designer from August 2008 to July 2012. With early career roles including Senior Designer at Ammunition Group and Partner at LIFT, Karson's design journey began with a BFA in Industrial Design from California College of the Arts, complemented by studies at Konstfack.
