Katherine Ramirez

Katherine Ramirez has extensive experience in data center operations and technology management, beginning as a Computer Operator at Align Technology from January 2010 to April 2015, where responsibilities included managing case transactions and improving quality metrics. Following this role, Katherine worked with GBM Corporation as a Network Operations Center Agent and later as Regional NOC Field Manager, overseeing the performance and operations of multiple data centers. From October 2019 to June 2022, Katherine served as Data Center Field Manager at GBM as a Service, managing technical and operational support. Currently, Katherine holds the position of SiteOPS Data Center Capacity Manager at Meta, leading efforts in engineering and capacity planning. Katherine earned a Bachelor’s Degree in System Engineering from Universidad Hispanoamericana (CR) between 2011 and 2015.
