Kathy Kim

Kathy Kim is an experienced professional in content design and management with a strong background in both technology and travel sectors. At Microsoft from December 2013 to December 2020, Kathy served as a Sr. Content Publisher, where responsibilities included planning and writing content for Bing Ads help articles and collaborating with various teams to maintain high-quality standards. Prior to Microsoft, Kathy held multiple roles at Expedia between September 2009 and August 2011, including Project Manager, Content Editor, and Content Manager, focusing on process improvement and content development for customer support portals. Since February 2021, Kathy has been working as a Content Designer at Meta. Kathy holds a B.A. in Political Science and Comparative Literature from the University of Washington.
