Katie Poss is a seasoned professional in the construction and sustainability sectors, with significant experience spanning multiple roles since 2012. Katie co-founded Freemen Domes, LLC and gained foundational experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant & Field Testing Technician at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). After earning a Bachelor of Science in Concrete Industry Management from MTSU, Katie held various engineering and managerial positions at Turner Construction Company and Nael Cement Products Factory. Notably, at the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association, Katie served as Director of Sustainability Initiatives, followed by a role as Program Manager, Procurement and Policy at Building Transparency.
