Kaye Downey

Kaye Downey has extensive experience in benefits management and retirement planning, spanning over two decades. From September 2002 to May 2016, Kaye worked at Societe Generale as a Manager for International Mobility and Retirement Plans, overseeing the Defined Contribution 401k Plan and handling annual reporting such as 5500 filings and non-discrimination testing. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Benefits Analyst at ASARCO from February 1994 to March 2000, where Kaye calculated pension estimates for various employee categories, and working as a Senior Retirement Benefits Consultant at The Guardian Life Insurance Company from September 2000 to September 2002, providing counsel on health, welfare, and pension plan requirements. Kaye has also held the position of Retirement Manager at Credit Suisse from May 2016 to October 2017 and currently works as a Benefits Manager for Financial Benefits at Meta since October 2017.
