Ke Yang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and machine learning. Starting a career at Google in 2004, Ke worked in search quality and deep learning, eventually becoming an engineering manager. During a tenure at Google Japan Inc., Ke led a team focused on enhancing search quality. Transitioning to Houzz in 2015, Ke initially contributed as a software engineer before advancing to a managerial role in industry solutions. In 2019, Ke joined Apple as Senior Director of Machine Learning, leading the information intelligence organization responsible for a substantial portion of Apple's search functionalities. Currently, Ke serves as an AI Research Scientist at Meta, focusing on product and applied research in super intelligence. Ke holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
