Keith Payne

Keith Payne has extensive experience in the construction and preconstruction sector, with a significant tenure at Meta from May 2016 to November 2025, where responsibilities included leading global preconstruction efforts for design, engineering, and construction. Prior to this, Keith served as Global Preconstruction Manager at Facebook, overseeing the global preconstruction and capital planning team. Earlier roles include Preconstruction Manager at Clark Construction Group, where key projects included the Park Tower and Golden State Warriors Arena, and Project Manager at Cambridge CM, managing mechanical and electrical trade packages for a $1B UCSF Hospital project. Keith began a career in quantity surveying at Dooley Associates Ltd, focusing on cost management and procurement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Quantity Surveying from Limerick Institute of Technology and a Master's in Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying from The University of Salford.
