Kelli Dowling

Kelli Dowling is an experienced program manager with a strong background in human resource operations, instructional design, and training management. At Microsoft, Kelli contributed to various roles, including successfully launching the company's first online store and enhancing employee training programs. Kelli's subsequent positions included working at the University of Washington Medical Center, where a focus was placed on onboarding and training for a significant hospital acquisition, as well as designing technical training programs for the State of Washington's Office of Financial Management. Most recently, Kelli served as Head of Regulatory Assurance at Meta, emphasizing regulatory risk and ethics in learning. Kelli holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Northwest University.
