Kelly Dames

Kelly Dames has extensive experience in IT leadership and portfolio management, primarily at McKesson, where roles included Director of IT Portfolio Management, Sr. Director Portfolio and Agile Release Train Management, and Sr. Director of Insights Delivery in Data and Analytics. In these positions, Dames was responsible for aligning business strategies with technical capabilities, leading cross-functional teams, and enhancing governance practices. Significant achievements include launching service management functions and managing a team of software engineers. Prior to McKesson, Dames held various consulting and analyst roles at Arthur Andersen and Applied Materials. Currently, at Meta, Dames serves as Director for Global Transformation Programs, overseeing a team providing IT support services to employees. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.
