Keonda Webb possesses extensive experience in integrated auditing, HR process simplification, and global talent mobility. Keonda's career commenced at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Systems, Process, & Assurance Auditor from June 2005 to March 2008, followed by a role at Movado Group, Inc. as a Senior Integrated Auditor until May 2009. Keonda then transitioned to PepsiCo, where various positions included Director of Global HR Process Simplification Lead, responsible for enhancing the Hire-to-Onboard process, and Sr. Director, Global Process Owner for Hire to Onboard. Currently, Keonda serves as the Global Process Owner for Rewards and Recognition in People Operations at Meta, beginning in January 2022.
