From August 2014 to November 2020, Kevin served as Area Safety Manager at McClone Construction Company, overseeing the company's safety program and leading a team of safety professionals on large-scale projects in California and Nevada. Kevin also held the position of Digital Development Manager at McClone, where responsibilities included integrating technology solutions to improve safety and efficiency while mentoring the safety team.
