Keyu Gong

Keyu (Kathy) Gong is a software engineer at Meta since March 2019, following relevant internships at A9.com and Baidu, Inc. During the internship at A9.com in 2018, Keyu worked on developing an internal tool in PySpark for quality assurance and outlier detection within large data sets on the AWS platform. At Baidu, Inc., from 2016 to 2017, Keyu revised a web page management strategy and implemented MapReduce programs to identify sites with misleading content. Keyu holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Security from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications with a GPA of 3.87 and a Master's degree in Computer Science from UC Irvine with a GPA of 3.78.
