Kian Boon How possesses extensive experience in the field of ASIC design and methodology, having held significant roles at renowned companies including Intel Corporation and Meta. At Intel, Kian served as a Senior Staff SOC Design Engineer and subsequently as a Senior Staff Design Solutions Engineer, contributing to critical ASIC structural design processes and improving design flow methodologies. Kian's expertise further expanded at Meta as a CAD and Methodology Engineer and currently as an AR/VR CAD and Methodology Lead, leading efforts in custom design flows for next-generation projects. Kian's career also includes valuable contributions at Spansion and ALTERA, focusing on design automation, physical verification, and EDA tool development.
