Kimberly Tocci

Kimberly Tocci currently serves on the Spec XFN Revenue Growth & Marketing Recruiting Team and in the SWE Leadership Recruiting department at Meta, starting in December 2023. Prior to this role, Kimberly was involved in Executive Search at Meta from August 2021 to June 2023. From November 2015 to August 2021, Kimberly worked at James & Co., a boutique executive search firm specializing in Media, Entertainment, Sports, Consumer Technology, and Arts, initially as a Senior Associate and later as Principal. Kimberly's earlier experience includes a Senior Associate position at Boyden New York, a global executive search firm, from October 2011 to November 2015, and roles at D.S. Wolf Group from March 2008 to October 2011, progressing from Research Assistant to Assistant Vice President - Research. Kimberly holds a BBA in Marketing from Iona University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
