Kinchit Desai

Kinchit Desai is an experienced professional in power and performance architecture, currently serving as Director of System Software Power at NVIDIA since November 2023. Previously, Kinchit held multiple positions at Intel Corporation, including Sensor Hub Microarchitect and Power and Performance Architect, and worked extensively on power optimization tools and methodologies. Additionally, Kinchit played a critical role as Director of the Datacenter Power and Performance team at The University of Texas at Dallas and has garnered experience at Meta as SOC Power and Performance Lead. Kinchit's early career includes a graduate internship at Intel and a research and development internship at the Indian Space Research Organisation. Kinchit holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Gujarat University, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a specialization in Machine Learning from the University of Washington.
