Koby Bibas

Koby Bibas is a Machine Learning Engineer at Meta since February 2022, focusing on large-scale product recognition. Prior to this role, Koby served as a Computer Vision Algorithm Engineer at Corephotonics Ltd, where research involved depth-map generation from stereo images and the development of algorithms for real-time applications. Koby also held the position of Applied Scientist Intern at Amazon Lab126, contributing to the development of continual learning models for deep neural networks and exploring music beat detection. Koby began a career in verification as a Verification Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor from October 2014 to March 2017. Koby's academic qualifications include a PhD candidacy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University and degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Physics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
