Kurt Grasinger

Kurt Grasinger is a seasoned legal operations professional currently serving as the Legal Operations and Outside Counsel Manager at Meta since July 2025. Concurrently, Kurt holds a position on the Legal Operations Advisory Board at LexisNexis. Previously, Kurt was the Director of Legal Operations at Cox Enterprises from May 2020 to February 2025 and served as the Director of Legal Operations and Strategy at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2018 to May 2020. Additionally, Kurt was a member of the Education Advisory Council for CLOC from January 2021 to January 2024. Kurt earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Vanderbilt University Law School and an AB in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
