Kurt Grasinger currently serves as the Legal Operations and Outside Counsel Manager at Meta since July 2025 and is a member of the Legal Operations Advisory Board at LexisNexis. Previously, Kurt was the Director of Legal Operations at Cox Enterprises from 2020 to 2025 and held a similar role as Director of Legal Operations and Strategy at Booz Allen Hamilton between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, Kurt contributed as a member of the Education Advisory Council for CLOC from 2021 to 2024. Kurt's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Legal Operations Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies from 2013 to 2018 and as Vice President of Legal Finance & Operations at Goldman Sachs from 2005 to 2013. Kurt holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Vanderbilt University Law School and an AB in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
