Kyle Plant

Kyle Plant has extensive experience in the finance and risk management sectors, with a solid background in credit analysis and operational efficiency. At Square, Kyle held the position of Credit Underwriter, where responsibilities included underwriting high-risk businesses and developing a profitability formula. As Program Manager for Credit Policy, Kyle successfully led a project that significantly improved merchant interactions with the risk team. Currently, as Program Manager of Payment Partnership Operations at Meta, Kyle manages relationships with banking partners to enhance payment operations. Previously, Kyle worked at First Hawaiian Bank in various roles including Credit Analyst, Credit Officer, and Senior Credit Analyst, focusing on financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
