Kyle Yecke

Kyle Yecke is an experienced recruiting manager with a strong background in executive search and leadership recruitment. Currently serving as the Recruiting Manager for Executive Search at Meta since February 2018, Kyle leads global executive recruitment teams across various business functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Prior to this role, Kyle held positions at Huge as a Senior Recruiter for leadership searches, and as a Technical Recruiter at Hinge App, where significant contributions included building the software engineering team. Additionally, Kyle has experience in education and community program coordination from positions at The Little Orchestra Society and Carnegie Hall. Kyle holds a Master of Music from the Manhattan School of Music and a Bachelor of Music from Northwestern University.
