Lacey Bobo, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and change management across various industries. Lacey's career began as an Assistant Nurse Recruiter at Erlanger Health Systems and progressed through roles at Enterprise Holdings, Comdata, and Bridgestone Americas, where foundational HR strategies and project management initiatives were strengthened. At Philips, Lacey led change management efforts for mergers and acquisitions, contributing significantly to the integration of new businesses. Currently, Lacey serves as a Vendor Change Management Leader in Global Operations at Meta, overseeing a high-performing team and enhancing outsourced operations. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and an MBA from Tennessee Wesleyan University.
