Lara Arbid

Lara Arbid currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Regional Managing Director MENAT at Initiative since January 2021, where responsibilities include revamping the agency's vision and overseeing profitability. Additionally, Lara is an Advisory Board Member at Meta and has held the role of Chief Executive Officer and Regional Managing Director MENA at Magna MENA since June 2016. At Magna, significant achievements include leading the agency to become the Fastest Growing Media Agency in MENA and launching Magna Global KSA operations. Earlier career experiences include strategic roles at Initiative, Mindshare, and Starcom, focusing on client relationships, business development, and media planning. Lara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the American University of Beirut and is currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online.
