Larry Alder

Larry Alder is an accomplished professional in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Connectivity Ecosystems at Meta since June 2021, Larry is also a Board Member at the Telecom Infra Project and an Endurance Coach at AlderTriAdvisory.com. Prior to these roles, Larry provided technical, product, and policy consulting services to numerous clients, including a full-time position as SVP of Products & Services at SpaceLink. Larry's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Eutelsat OneWeb as Chief Operating Officer and VP of Product Definition, as well as a significant tenure at Google, where notable projects included the establishment of a shared fiber business in Africa. With a strong educational background, including a PhD in Aero/Astro Engineering from Stanford University, Larry has also contributed to advisory boards such as the Commerce Spectrum Management Advisory Committee and has held roles in other organizations, including O3b Networks and ArrayComm.
