Lars Kossmann

Lars Kossmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and sales management. At Meta, from September 2018 to December 2019, Lars served as Partner Manager and Senior Partner Manager within the Agencies division, generating over $100 million in annual revenue through strategic initiatives and high-level negotiations. Later, as Program Manager for New Products in Commerce & Ads, Lars led product testing phases and contributed to market strategy. Currently, Lars holds the position of EMEA Regional Sales Manager in Sales Enablement at Meta since November 2024. Previous roles include Partnerships Manager at HelloFresh, Account Manager at Facebook, and Global Client Management Analyst at BNY Mellon. Lars obtained an MSc in Economics & Strategy for Business with Distinction from Imperial College Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration with First-class honours from the University of Bath.
