Latrisha Smith has extensive experience in leave of absence (LOA) management across various organizations. Beginning at JPMorgan Chase as an HR Leave of Absence Specialist, Latrisha managed claims under multiple federal and state laws, developed medical recommendations, and calculated leave durations. This role was followed by a position as a Workers' Comp Claims Adjuster at The Hanover Insurance Group, where determinations of claims were made to manage employer risk. Latrisha then advanced to Matrix Absence Management, serving as a Customer Account Specialist and later as a Sr. Absence Management Specialist, coordinating audits and processing various leave types.
