Laura Ginns

Laura Ginns serves as the Global Content Policy Director for Trust & Safety at Meta, where they oversee a global Safety Policy team focused on youth well-being and safety across all Meta products. With two decades of diverse experience across tech, education, law, and policy, they have a proven track record in strategy design, crisis management, and policy development. Previously, Laura led Meta's Core Policy team, crafting trust and safety policies for millions of users globally. Earlier in their career, they taught fourth grade in the South Bronx, worked as a litigation associate, and held several key roles at the U.S. Department of Education. Laura is currently pursuing advanced degrees at Georgetown University and Pace University.
