Lauren Uecker

Lauren Uecker, MBA, currently serves as the Lead of the Admin Specialist Program at Meta since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Team Assistant for Product Design and Development and Assistant to the Director of Merchandise Planning at Target, where responsibilities involved managing schedules and coordinating meetings. At General Mills, Lauren held various positions, including Human Resources Enterprise Talent Process Analyst and administrative leadership roles, overseeing teams of administrative assistants and streamlining operations for senior management. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Hamline University.
