Lei Wang has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Software Engineer at Meta since July 2020, focusing on the LLVM Server Compiler Team and initiatives such as AutoFDO/PGO and llvm-profgen. Prior to this role, Lei worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Huawei from June 2018 to December 2019, where responsibilities included supporting compiler frameworks and algorithms for Network Processors, along with conducting research on dynamic loading and compiler auto-tuning frameworks. Lei holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tianjin University (2007-2011) and advanced degrees from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, including a Master's degree in Computer Science (2011-2013) and a Ph.D. in Computer Science (2013-2018).
