Leo Liao is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in software development and engineering leadership. Leo began a career as a Software Engineering Team Lead and co-founder at Education Windows in Tianjin, China, before advancing to a Graduate Research Assistant role at the University of Pennsylvania. Subsequently, Leo joined Amazon Web Services as a Software Engineer, focusing on Native AWS development, CDK development, and IAM service development. Following this, Leo served as Vice President of Engineering at Trusli and worked at a stealth startup before returning to a software engineering role at Meta in Menlo Park, California. Leo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tianjin University and a Master’s Degree in Learning Sciences and Technologies from the University of Pennsylvania.
