Leon Wu, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and cost management across various industries, including technology and environmental sectors. Starting as a Graduate Project Management Consultant at Turner & Townsend for Shell Canada's Carmon Creek Project, Leon created cost variance reports and monitored project cash flow. Leon later advanced to Cost Manager at Cumming Corporation, developing project budgets and conducting risk assessments for retail flagship stores. As an Assistant Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend, Leon worked on high-profile projects for Google, focusing on cost management for data center programs. Currently, Leon serves in a strategic role at Meta, driving initiatives and operations within the Data Center Infrastructure team.
