Leonardo Schneider

Leonardo Schneider is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in visual design, UX, and product design across various industries. Starting a career as a Visual Designer at Universidade Feevale and later at McCann Worldgroup, Leonardo advanced to significant roles at PwC and GE Digital, leading the design of applications and solutions for major enterprises in the energy sector. As Design Director at Baker Hughes, a company-wide Design System was developed, enhancing over 100 digital products. Currently, as a Product Designer at Meta, Leonardo focuses on improving ad creation tools and implementing AI and ML technologies to optimize advertiser experiences. Leonardo holds a degree from the University of San Francisco.
