Lesley Ribble

Lesley Ribble is an experienced mechanical engineer with a robust career in product design and engineering. Starting as a Mechanical Engineer at inControl, Inc. from December 2003 to September 2004, Ribble focused on machine design for custom automation equipment. From September 2004 to October 2014, Ribble served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Function Engineering, where responsibilities included detailed mechanical design and analysis for various notable clients such as Coca Cola, Google, Apple, HP, Disney, and Bard Medical. Since October 2014, Ribble has held multiple leadership roles at Meta, currently acting as the Director of Product Design Engineering for VR Hardware, leading teams in the development of Virtual Reality products such as the Oculus Rift and Oculus Quest 2, and overseeing Hardware Product Engineering for various consumer devices, including Oculus and RayBan Stories. Lesley Ribble earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
