Leslie Chen

Leslie Chen has held various roles in content strategy and design, most notably as a Content Strategist at Meta from March 2020 to October 2021, where responsibilities included creating and managing user education content for the Messenger and Messenger Kids app. Currently, as a Content Designer at Meta since October 2021, Leslie focuses on mapping user journeys and designing experiences for messaging and calling products on WhatsApp. Previous experience includes a position as Digital Editor at Make It Better Media Group, Content Marketing Manager at Peak Design, and as an Editorial and Portfolio Assistant at Pearson, where Leslie managed product development schedules and analyzed market data. Leslie holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Southern California and completed a program at the University of Cambridge.
