Leslie Small, OD, MBA, is an experienced optometrist and healthcare professional with a diverse background in clinical practice, research, and product management. Beginning with optometric internships at respected institutions, Leslie has held significant roles at organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, and Twenty/Twenty Therapeutics. In addition, Leslie served as Director for Oxford Seed Fund, contributing to venture capital efforts in the startup ecosystem. Current positions include Optometrist at Kaiser Permanente and Clinical Specialist at Toku, focusing on innovative AI solutions for preventive healthcare.
