Li Lu has extensive experience in the software engineering field, having held various significant positions since beginning a career in 2011. Li interned as a researcher at Microsoft, contributing to the Flat Datacenter Storage system and gaining acknowledgment in the OSDI publication. Following this, Li served as a Hadoop Contributor and Committer, as well as a PMC member at The Apache Software Foundation. Li further advanced to the role of Director of Engineering at LaiOffer, focusing on technology education, before taking on a Software Engineer position at Meta. Previous experience includes a software engineering internship at Google and a tenure as a Member of Technical Staff at Hortonworks. Li holds a PhD and MS in Computer Science from the University of Rochester, as well as a BEng in Computer Science and Technology from Tsinghua University.
