Liam Conner is an accomplished individual with extensive experience in law, diplomacy, and policy. Currently serving as a War & Peace Fellow at The John Sloan Dickey Center for International Understanding at Dartmouth, Liam engages with senior national security experts and participates in policy simulations, including international fieldwork in Japan and South Korea. As an Associate Editor for the Dartmouth Law Journal, Liam edits articles for publication and has held the title of James O. Freedman Presidential Scholar, assisting in historical research. Further experience includes internships at the U.S. Department of State and Simon Greenstone Panatier, PC, as well as participation in various cultural and language programs. Liam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College, with recognition as a Cum Laude graduate and a Rufus Choate Scholar.
